Having trained in the martial arts for over 27 years, Sensei Grant has a wealth of knowledge and is an integral part of GKR Karate’s leadership team.
As a Regional Manager, Sensei Grant is responsible for overseeing the karate tuition for all GKR Karate students and instructors across the Northern suburbs of Perth.
This involves conducting monthly gradings and regular karate seminars for students, as well as ongoing specialised training for his large team of instructors.
Sensei Grant is the Tournament Director for junior and adult tournaments which operate in his region and oversees the qualification process and ongoing training of all tournament officials, Judges and Referees.
As a Level 5 IGKF Accredited Judge and Referee, Sensei Grant travels both interstate and internationally to attend National and World Championship tournament as a competitor, coach and referee.

- 3rd Degree Black Belt
- IGKF Certified Senior Instructor
- IGKF Certified Regional Manager
- Accredited First-Aid Trainer
- Accredited Trainer of IGKF Instructors
- Level 5 Accredited IGKF Tournament Judge and Referee
