Having trained in the martial arts for over 35 years, Sensei Charmaine has a wealth of knowledge and is an integral part of GKR Karate’s leadership team.
As a Regional Manager, Sensei Charmaine is responsible for overseeing the karate for all GKR Karate students and instructors across the North-Western suburbs of Sydney.
This involves conducting monthly gradings and regular karate seminars for students, as well as ongoing specialised training for her large team of instructors.
Sensei Charmaine is the Tournament Director for junior and adult tournaments which operate in her region and oversees the qualification process and ongoing training of all tournament Officials, Judges and Referees.
As a Level 5 IGKF Accredited Judge and Referee, Sensei Charmaine travels both interstate and internationally to attend National and World Championship tournaments as a competitor, coach and referee.

- IGKF Certified Regional Manager
- IGKF Certified Senior Instructor
- Accredited First-Aid Trainer
- Accredited Trainer of IGKF Instructors
- Level 5 Accredited IGKF Tournament Judge and Referee
