Having trained in the martial arts for over 19 years, Sensei Tabatha has a wealth of knowledge and is an integral part of GKR’s leadership team throughout this time.

As a Regional Manager, Sensei Tabatha works closely with Senior Instructor, Sensei Mark Ingle, and together they are responsible for overseeing the karate tuition for all GKR Karate students and instructors across the Southern suburbs of Perth.

This involves conducting monthly gradings and regular karate seminars for students, as well as ongoing specialised training for her large team of instructors.

Sensei Tabatha is the Tournament Director for junior and adult tournaments which operate in her region and oversees the qualification process and ongoing training of all tournament officials, Judges and Referees.

As a Level 5 IGKF Accredited Judge and Referee, Sensei Tabatha travels both interstate and internationally to attend National and World Championship tournament as a competitor, coach and referee.

Additionally, Sensei Tabatha is a National Squad Coach and is responsible for overseeing the development of the West Australian State Team. In her role, she has trained many students who have won both National and World Titles.
