What do I do with my Digital Training Pass?
Your Digital Training Pass is your key to attending GKR Karate classes. Please present this pass for scanning along with your membership card at each class you attend.

I don't have access to a mobile device - what should I do?
Whilst we recommend using the Digital Training Pass on your mobile device as part of its “Wallet” feature, we understand that this isnt always possible – you may not have a device, it might run flat, someone else might be taking your children to training etc.
With this in mind, we are happy to accept printed versions of your Digital Training Pass, and you’re welcome to send the link or a screenshot of the pass to another family member who may be taking your children to class.

What happens with my payments over Christmas?
In relation to the direct debit payments over the December/January period, please note that our rates were established based on an annual fee divided by either 52, 26, or 12 equal payments per year. This was preferable to making your regular weekly/fortnightly/monthly payments a little higher and then attempting to suspend and adjust everybody’s accounts over the Christmas period when we are closed. As such, our Christmas break has been factored into your regular payments and will therefore continue as normal over December/January.

If I cant make it to class, will I still be charged?
Yes. However our Direct Debit training fees cover you for unlimited GKR Karate training In the event that you are unable to train one week, we hope that you can still train multiple times many other weeks to ensure you get the best value out of your membership!

How do I suspend my payments?
As per the terms of your contract, you are able to suspend your contract for up to 6 weeks per contract year for a cost of $5 per week.
To arrange a suspension, simply head over to our Member Support Dashboard and fill out the Contract Suspension form.

How do I add additional family members to my Direct Debit contract?
If you wish to add another family member to Direct Debit, the best thing to do is to head over to our Member Support Dashboard and fill out the Add/Remove Family Member From Your Contract form and we can arrange this for you.

How do I remove a family member from my Direct Debit Contract?
If you wish to remove a family member from your Direct Debit contract, the best thing to do is to head over to our Member Support Dashboard and fill out the Add/Remove Family Member From Your Contract form so we can arrange this for you.

How can I cancel my account?
To arrange a cancellation, simply head over to our Member Support Dashboard and fill out the Cancel Your Contract form so we can arrange this for you.
Unlike many Direct Debit contracts, your agreement with GKR Karate is not a fixed term lock-in arrangement, and only requires 28 days’ notice to cancel. This notice period will begin from the date your request is received and your GKR Karate Digital Training Pass will stay active during this time and you’re most welcome to continue training right up until the last day
