Please note, if your enquiry is in relation to a suspension or cancellation, any action taken on your account will be backdated to the day your enquiry was received. We will ensure that you are not disadvantaged by any delay in response times.

Your Digital Training Pass is your key to attending GKR Karate classes. Please present this pass for scanning along with your membership card at each class you attend.

Whilst we recommend using the Digital Training Pass on your mobile device as part of its “Wallet” feature, we understand that this isnt always possible – you may not have a device, it might run flat, someone else might be taking your children to training etc.

With this in mind, we are happy to accept printed versions of your Digital Training Pass, and you’re welcome to send the link or a screenshot of the pass to another family member who may be taking your children to class.

In relation to the direct debit payments over the December/January period, please note that our rates were established based on an annual fee divided by either 52, 26, or 12 equal payments per year. This was preferable to making your regular weekly/fortnightly/monthly payments a little higher and then attempting to suspend and adjust everybody’s accounts over the 2 week Christmas period when we are closed. As such, our Christmas break has been factored into your regular payments and will therefore continue as normal over December/January.

Yes. However our Direct Debit training fees cover you for unlimited GKR Karate training. In the event that you are unable to train one week, you still have the ability to train multiple times in future weeks to ensure you get the best value out of your membership!
