MPOWER Martial Fitness has two brand-new, multi-purpose facilities in Wollongong, Australia and Highland Park, New Zealand. We offer a combination of Yoga, Pilates, Functional Fitness, Boxfit or Core Strength classes.

This all-inclusive fitness and wellbeing membership offers something for everyone in the family who is seeking to improve their self-confidence, physical conditioning, flexibility and mental calm. Functional Fitness

MPOWER Martial Fitness – Functional Fitness is a type of training that prepares the body for real-life movements and activities, you will cycle through multiple exercise stations that target different muscle groups with minimal rest in between The result is a workout that challenges your muscular strength, endurance and mental fortitude.

Boxfit & Core Strength

Boxfit (Highland Park only)
Boxfit is a high-intensity cardio workout based on boxing techniques using gloves and pad work, suitable for all fitness levels.

Core Strength (Highland Park only)
We offer Core Strength classes, combining a variety of core exercises from planks to crunches and everything in between to help you build a strong core.

Yoga & Pilates

We offer a broad-spectrum approach to Yoga that aims to transport your body and mind to a place where you are able to experience states of ease, grace, joy and connection.

PILATES (Wollongong only)
Group mat classes follow a sequence of exercises that will strengthen and tone your entire body. A fantastic workout to improve posture and strengthen your core muscle groups.

STRETCH (Wollongong only)
Stretch Therapy is a safe and effective way to learn how to stretch, strengthen and relax your whole body. It is an evolving system, creating and adding new techniques to improve the way you feel and function.


MPOWER Martial Fitness is part of the GKR Karate and Fitness centres in Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia and Highland Park, Auckland, New Zealand.

GKR Karate has been established in the these areas for over 25 years and runs classes that cater for children, teens, adults and families. There are karate classes running 7 days a week at our new facilities, so ask about our all-in-one karate and fitness membership special offer.
