MPOWER Martial Fitness is a brand-new, multi-purpose facility that offers a comprehensive timetable of Yoga and Pilates classes, as well as a Functional Fitness Circuit gym.

Functional Fitness

MPOWER Martial Fitness – Is a fighting fit circuit training workout where you cycle through multiple exercise stations (usually 10 to 15) that targets different muscle groups with minimal rest in between. The result is a workout that challenges your muscular strength, endurance and mental fortitude.

Train Solo
Visit outside class times and work your own circuit. Just turn up during our opening hours and jump into your own routine. A new circuit starts every three minutes:)

Yoga & Pilates

We offer a broad-spectrum approach to Yoga that aims to transport your body and mind to a place where you are able to experience states of ease, grace, joy and connection. Throughout this enriching process, you will also build a new body wisdom that enhances your balance, flexibility and physical stability.

Group mat classes follow a sequence of exercises that will strengthen and tone your entire body. Suitable for all ages 13 years and up.

A fantastic workout to improve posture and strengthen your core muscle groups. Pilates is the perfect complement to Yoga practice and any other forms of functional stretching.

Stretch Therapy is a safe and effective way to learn how to stretch, strengthen and relax your whole body. It is an evolving system, creating and adding new techniques to improve the way you feel and function.

Stretch classes focus on personalised attention in small exclusive classes.

MPOWER Martial Fitness is part of the GKR Karate and Fitness centre in Wollongong, and services surrounding suburbs, including Mangerton, Spring Hill, Cringila, Coniston, Gwynneville, and Mount St Thomas.

GKR Karate has been established in the Wollongong area for 27 years and runs classes that cater for children, teens, adults and families. There are karate classes running 6 days a week at our new facility in Wollongong, so ask about our all-in-one karate and fitness membership special offer.
