Back by popular demand, two of the UK’s most senior instructors are conducting a 4 hour training seminar covering: kihon, kata, self defence & kumite as well as kick bag and focus mitt training. 

Make sure you book your place early!

 

Sunday 15th September
Session 1: 10:00am – 12:00pm
Session 2: 12:30pm – 2:30pm

 

  • Cost: £15 for all day or £7.50 for one session.
  • 12 Visit Pass stickers can be used – 2 per session
  • All grades welcome
  • Bring sparring equipment & kick shields/focus mitts if you have them
  • Bring water & packed lunch.
