Join us for a rewarding weekend of specialised karate training conducted by Kyoshi Gavin Samin & Sensei Jason Knight.
The weekend will cover an extensive range of principles, including advanced kihon concepts, kata technique and application, self-defence, and much more. This session is open to all GKR Karate Instructors and 3rd kyu+ students (min 16 years).

Sunday 16th of June
▪️ Training 9:00am – 1:00pm
▪️ Lunch after training at the dojo on Sunday
