Join us for a rewarding weekend of specialized karate training conducted by Shihan Gavin Samin & Shihan Antonie de Bruin!
The weekend will cover an extensive range of principles including advanced kihon drills, kata technique and application, self defence, kumite strategy and much more.
This session is open to all GKR Karate Instructors and Brown/Black belt students (16 years+).
